ANDY H.
Hi Gordon,
Just wanted to send you an e-mail now I've managed to use the armour in anger a few times. I've been using it when doing extreme mountain biking and so far it's been fantastic. The feeling of protection is really confidence inspiring and has allowed me to pick up my riding right where I left off before the surgery. It's so comfortable and fits perfectly it's easy to forget I'm even wearing it.
I've enclosed a few pictures of my latest trip riding.
Once again thanks for your awesome and dedicated work and the excellent product! You've got a few mentions on my blog www.ileostomy.wordpress.com which will hopefully raise awareness of your armour in the UK.
(NOTE: There are comments on the blog site, linked immediately above, which seemingly were written in reference to the armor, but which have now been clarified to be meant about the functionality and ease of use of this web site, which we are attempting to make improvements on often. These comments were not meant about the armor itself.)
(NOTE: If you would like to read a PDF version of the particular entry concerning Ostomy Armor, feel free to click here!)

June 24, 2011 Update: I have just been made aware, this morning, that Andy passed on May 19th, 2011. We do not always get, or find, updates, so forgive me if this is very late. I have placed the link to Andy's blog below his pictures as a matter of personal preference, to celebrate a person's life being preferable to mourning their death. The announcement from his wife, and her subsequent dealing, is found here, as long as the blog continues to exist... May 19, 2011 . |
