However, use of this site is at your own risk, and Scott Aeromechanical Research & Development, Ostomy Armor, Gordon Scott, osCommerce Open-Source Software, FirstData, Vectra Bank, or any other affiliated or cross-affiliated entity related directly or indirectly to any of these may NOT be held liable for ordering, shipping, or receipt problems.
You may, of course, contact Gordon Scott and Scott Aeromechanical R&D at (719)689-0203 or email@example.com for assistance in resolving any problem arising from the fair use of this shopping cart system, and we will do the best we can to resolve that problem in a timely manner. Also, if you prefer not to use this shopping cart system, Mr. Scott maintains the open-line policy of talking with all of his customers, fellow ostomates, as he is able, and you may place an order by that means, instead.
We’re happy to offer our customers a flexible financing option powered by FuturePay. At the end of every billing period you can pay your balance in full or carry your tab a month longer. FuturePay credit is subject to credit approval, as determined by the lender, Celtic Bank, a Utah-Chartered Industrial Bank, Member FDIC. FuturePay is a separate entity and Ostomy Armor/ Scott Aeromechanical R&D is not connected with, nor has any control over any financing arrangements you may with FuturePay. Please address any problems associated with FuturePay directly with FuturePay.
Returns – Refunds – Cancellations: We will refund a purchase, minus a 5% materials/handling fee, as long as the return meets the following mandatory requirements:
- Product must be 100% un-used.
- Product must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- Product must be returned in and with all original packaging.
Please contact us for any questions with returns or refunds. For order cancellations, you must contact us with a reason why you are cancelling. If you are cancelling an order due to incorrect size, color, improper fit, etc., we will happily work with you to get you the proper item. However, cancellations will result in a refund if you request it, as long as product is un-used and in the original packaging.
